We offer free shipping NZ Wide with any purchase over $150.
We currently ship only to New Zealand addresses.
We can ship to any address in New Zealand for a fee of $8.5 for residential addresses and $19 for rural addresses.
We usually ship in 1 to 3 business days and you should receive your items within 3-6 business days.
We use PBT Couriers for our shipping within New Zealand.

At Snowboard Workshop, we value honesty and transparency in all of our business practices. In the event that we are unable to supply a retail product for any reason, rest assured that you will always be offered a refund.
We understand the importance of fulfilling our customers' orders and will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Receipt - We carry your details from 2023 Forward, so give us an email or call and we will help locate the purchase.
2. We will need to assess the item and file a report to our suppliers, more than often we will require the item in-store.
3. The process does not mean that the warranty will be approved, we follow industry and legal guidelines and work hard to get you the best result.

Queenstown! Located now in Frankton at 1088 Frankton Road, Frankton.
If you simply change your mind we do offer a refund or exchange of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:
- You return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase; and
The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition; and - All original labels and tags are attached to the item or it is in its original packaging; and
- You provide a receipt as proof of purchase or we can look it up on our POS if you are struggling to find it.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Once the goods have been confirmed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order with your tracking number supplied.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
